* Kid's Camp registration is Sunday 3:00-5:00PM and ends Wednesday at 9:30AM

•Enclose FULL payment. Fees may be paid with a check or credit card.
•Registration, medical card and camper fee may be mailed OR faxed (using credit card payment) OR online with the Acteva button above. To avoid duplication, only do one of the three registration ways.
•In the event that a registration is cancelled, you will receive a refund of fees paid
(minus a $50 non-refundable processing fee).
•No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within ten days of the summer camp date.

Summers are a busy place at Big Sandy Camp, and it is our desire that you join us for one of our fun and exciting camps. We provide summer camps for youth entering 2nd -12th grade. Each camp (with the exception of Kids Camp) starts on Monday morning and runs through Saturday morning. The camps maximum capacity is at about 230 people per camp.

What to Bring:

· Towel, shampoo, toothbrush, soap, etc

· Pillow, sleeping bag or single size bedding

· Clothes for play in both warm and cool weather

· Be careful with the clothing you pack. Leave at home--t-shirts with inappropriate slogans, short skirts, midriff-baring clothing. Bring—one-piece swimwear and modest clothing.

· One nice outfit for our dress-up supper

· Mission offering (going to Cadence International military ministry)

· Bible, notebook, pens/pencils

· Inexpensive camera, sports equipment, fishing tackle

· Extra spending money for:

o An all camp photo (8x10”)--$4.00

o Craft shop--$.25 to $5.00 covers most projects

o Earned archery awards cost $1.00

o General Store--imprinted sweatshirts, t-shirts, souvenirs, and gifts

o Snack shop treats

What Not to Bring:

· Personal music equipment

· Expensive small items

· Cell phones, iPods, Discmans, or other electronics

· Alcohol, tobacco, or non-prescription drugs

· Pocketknives

· Fireworks
