At Big Sandy Camp we have several options for individuals and/or groups to come for a “quiet retreat”. You can come for a quiet, study retreat or for a place of respite from the “busy-ness” of life.
Rates vary depending upon the building, number of guests, and number of nights staying. We are charging for the use of our facilities to cover our cost (i.e. Internet, electricity, propane, septic systems, building insurance).

Bald Eagle is a self-contained cabin situated on the south end of Big Sandy Camp’s property; past the gym and lodging facilities. The cabin sits on the waterfront of Big Sandy Lake. This cabin is equipped with A/C and heat, a wood fireplace, an outdoor fire pit, an outdoor propane gas grill, porch seating, a full kitchen, living room, bathroom and three bedrooms. This homey cabin has one queen bed, one full bed and three twin beds. Pillows, towels, and bed linens are provided. Please bring your own food.
This retreat cabin is designed with ministry workers in mind. Booking priority will be given to pastors and ministry workers of The Christian and Missionary Alliance churches. You can come for a quiet study retreat or to use the cabin as a place of respite from the “busy-ness” of ministry work. Please select one of the available time slots to book when calling regarding reservations. Two time slots cannot be booked by the same individual or family in a row.
Bald Eagle is available to rent out for one of the following two time slots:
Thursday through Sunday – Check in time is 4:00 PM on Thursday and check out time is noon Sunday. The charge for this stay is $35.
Sunday through Thursday – Check in time is 4:00 PM on Sunday and check out time is noon on Thursday. The charge for this stay is $35.
These costs are set to cover expenses of the cabin, such as Internet, utilities, and cleaning services.

Thursday through Sunday – Check in time is 4:00 PM on Thursday and check out time is noon Sunday. The charge for this stay is $25.
Sunday through Thursday – Check in time 4:00 PM on Sunday and check out noon is on Thursday. The charge for this stay is $35.
